Greater North Point Association Meeting - February 24, 2026
We’re holding a series of Community Forum’s to better inform residents. We want you to have an opportunity to hear from those who want to represent us, hear their ideas and hear their opinions on key topics affecting our District and our County, rather than just what you see on social media. They will all be asked the same questions and all have the same amount of time to respond.
Our first Community Forum will be with all of those running for County Council for the new 9th District, basically Rosedale to Sparrows Point, Dundalk to Back River.
We’ve invited: Arkia Wade, J.D. Urbach, Tim Fazenbaker
Our first Community Forum will take place Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 6:30 to 8 PM, at the Baltimore County Public Library – Essex Branch (since the North Point Branch meeting room is still closed, unless we can find a larger room elsewhere).
This is not a political event but an informational opportunity for residents to hear ideas and opinions from all those seeking to represent us. No campaigning will be allowed.

Details will be announced soon

The Dundalk Precinct 12 Community Police Alliance (P-12 CPA) is held monthly, normally on the second Monday of each month with a few exceptions due to holidays, at the North Point Branch of the Baltimore County Public Library, 1716 Merritt Boulevard, 21222.
The Captain will review crime statistics and discuss the trends and issues affecting our local neighborhoods. The Captain will also answer questions from the attendees. Each month there is also a guest speaker.

A meeting was held with the State February 3 about abandoned boats, the excise tax that leads to more boats being abandoned, and the need for resources to remove them as they could leak gas and oil and are a hazard in the water, especially if they sink below the surface, and are an eyesore along shorelines.
